As a textile designer, I have been inspired to craft quilts inspired by different—and sometimes glaring disparate—eras in history. By combining the textile styles of the Renaissance, Victoriand and Gothic periods with the culturally rich traditions of ancient Islamic and Christian clothing and artifacts, I strive to elevate quilt making into an art form that encompasses a vast cultural aesthetic.
Please check out the photo galleries on the left side of the page for more examples of my tapestries and influences. If you'd like to see my work in person, I have an upcoming solo show at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts in Averill Park, NY this November. For more information on pricing or custom work, please email me.
UPDATE: I now have an Etsy Store where you can purchase my pillows and other items to be added shortly.
